FAQ’s

Are you considering a spa day for your furry friend? Here are some everyday curiosities that pet parents often have:

  • What is a good age to have a First-time puppy grooming?

Just like kids, pups should start their grooming adventures early, ideally right after their 3-month vaccination. It helps them get comfy with the whole pampering process.

  • How long does a spa day last?

It depends on your dog's fur, the condition of their coat, and how they handle their groom. The average time is between 3-4 hours, at times sooner. The spa will give you a heads-up when your doggy is almost ready to strut out all fresh and clean.

  • What's the Cost?

Like us, every dog is unique, so the price tag for a grooming session can vary. It's all about your dog's breed, hairstyle, and other factors like age and past spa experiences.

  • Is rescheduling for another spa day an option?

Life happens. Please be considerate of our time and reschedule within 24 hours.

  • Is watching my dog having their spa day possible?

It's tempting to peek at your pup's makeover, but letting the groomers work their magic without distractions is safer. Your dog might get too wiggly or anxious if they see you.

  • My dog gets anxious. Can I bring a particular item?

Feel free to bring your dog's favorite toy to make them feel at home.

  • Which hairstyle best suits my dog?

Bring a pic to show the groomer if you have a particular hairstyle!

  • How often do you book a spa day for my furry friend?

It's all about your dog's coat—some need more frequent visits. We recommend every 2 to 6 weeks. Waiting for a prolonged period may cause matting.

  • How often is nail trimming required?

Those claws should get clipped at least once a month. You can drop by without an appointment, but a quick call can save you some waiting time. Based on availability.

  • Do you groom senior dogs?

Old buddies are welcome and get the gentle touch they need. The grooming staff are skilled to take extra care of the golden-agers.

  • What if my dog's a bit gruff?

Even if your dog's not the biggest fan of grooming or has had a rough time before, the spa staff knows how to soothe them with patience and some special techniques.

It's like a little holiday for your pooch where they come back looking stylish and feeling happy!
